Lawrence Taylor has found himself in legal trouble once again.
LT was arrested on suspicion of DUI Friday in Palm Beach, Fla., according to WPTV — NBC’s affiliate in West Palm Beach.
According to WPTV, Taylor was driving his Bentley around 5:20 pm on the highway when he hit a motorhome and then sideswiped a patrol vehicle when switching lanes. The damage to the patrol vehicle was said to be minimal and just involved the car’s mirror.
Taylor was taken into custody at Palm Beach County Jail where he was booked.
Taylor, a Hall of Fame linebacker, has a history of substance abuse and legal problems. In addition to his drug addictions, Taylor has a history of alcohol abuse, including this disturbing story from his draft day. He twice has left the scene of a car accident; pleaded guilty in 2011 to misdemeanor charges after paying a minor to for sex; and earlier this year he was involved in an incident with his wife that led to her being charged with domestic violence.
