Russell Wilson girlfriend Ciara creating issues for Seahawks’ DJ?

Want to know how serious things are between Russell Wilson and Ciara? Just ask the Seattle Seahawks’ official team DJ, who has had to tweak his playlist a bit because of the relationship.

DV One, the Seahawks’ resident DJ, recently told Billboard Magazine that he refrains from playing certain songs because the doesn’t want to make things awkward for Wilson. For example, DV One won’t play any tracks by rapper Future, who used to date Ciara and has a son with her.

“This year I’ve been getting a lot of requests for Future,” he explained. “But the dynamic is weird, too, because I can barely play Future with Ciara running around and that’s her baby’s dad.”

DV One said he also feels uncomfortable playing Ciara’s music around Seattle’s facility.

“I also feel weird playing Ciara, because I was playing Ciara before she started dating Russell,” he said. “I’d play ‘Goodies’ and stuff like that for the crowd because it’s mainstream. Now that she’s dating Russell, I don’t want people to be like, ‘He’s just playing that because she’s dating Russell.’”

Have these two come a long way or what? Wilson played coy about his relationship with Ciara at first, but he has since revealed details about the couple’s sex life — or lack thereof — and been seen in public with her quite frequently.

I’m sure DV One doesn’t mind catering to the quarterback’s needs.
