An unflattering photo of Tony Romo taking the field at Dallas Cowboys training camp in Oxnard, Calif. on Saturday went viral and led to concern from some fans that the quarterback is overweight.

It’s one particular photo of Romo that led to concerns from fans that the quarterback is overweight. Rather, it led to tons of mocking.

Did Tony Romo really get fat during the offseason? Did he put on a ton of weight? We thought that seemed unlikely and that it was more likely the photo was just taken at a bad time or from a bad angle. After all, this is how he looked a few nights ago, and he seemed fit:
