As another incentive to join, we will be giving away a free Spartan Race entry to the winner of Week 2. We’ve had many friends of LBS participate in Spartan Races, and they’ve all loved them. There are four different Spartan Races available — entry level Spartan Sprint, intermediate level Super Spartan, the advanced Spartan Beast, and the ‘99.9% need not apply’ extreme level Death Race.
Unlike marathons, long-distance runs, or even triathlons, Spartan Races require total athleticism for their obstacle courses. Participants are asked to jump, dive, crawl, climb, dodge, carry and think on your feet as you do the race.
