Aroldis Chapman says he will appeal any suspension
Aroldis Chapman arrived at spring training on Thursday as pitchers and catchers were set to report to camp.
The New York Yankees closer was asked about his domestic violence case and confirmed he met with investigators over it. He also said that he would appeal any suspension handed down by MLB for the matter.
Chapman told reporters he does not know if/when suspension is coming but did say he will appeal if he is indeed suspended. #Yankees

Chapman is in his first season with the Yankees after being acquired from the Cincinnati Reds over the offseason. He was accused of choking his girlfriend during a fight at his Florida mansion. He already avoided charges in the case, and a report said any suspension for the matter was unlikely to be lengthy.
The hardest-thrower in baseball, Chapman 546 strikeouts and 146 saves since entering the league in 2010.
