Diamondbacks reportedly trying to trade Aaron Hill
The Arizona Diamondbacks appear to be fed up with the Hill Street Blues.
According to a report by Jon Heyman of MLB Network on Sunday, the team is trying to trade second baseman Aaron Hill but may encounter difficulty getting a deal done considering that a wealth of better middle infield options are currently on the market.
D-backs trying to trade aaron hill, but in market stocked with better (kendrick, desmond, Rollins, etc) — very tall task

Hill, 33, has been with the Diamondbacks since being acquired in a trade with the Toronto Blue Jays in 2011. He had a poor 2015 campaign, batting .230/.295/.345 with six home runs and 35 RBIs. Though Hill is still a useful veteran infielder, his defense is also suspect as Father Time’s knocks on his front door have grown deafening.
Arizona was linked to free agent second baseman Howie Kendrick earlier this offseason as they don’t seem to be willing to let Hill ride out the twilight of his MLB career at their expense.
