Todd Frazier needed five stitches after cutting lip diving into stands
Chicago White Sox third baseman Todd Frazier went all out going for a foul ball during Wednesday’s game against the Texas Rangers, and he paid the price.
Frazier dived into the stands going for a foul ball and appeared to hit his mouth against a seat:

Frazier got up immediately and covered his mouth. The White Sox shared an update on Flava Fraz’s status:
Update on Todd Frazier: He left today's game with a laceration to his lower lip. He required 5 stitches. He's listed as day-to-day.

Prior to exiting the game with the injury, Frazier belted a solo shot off Cole Hamels for his 11th home run of the season.
