Top-ranked baseball prospect Termarr Johnson goes viral for home run video
Major League Baseball may be going down the port-a-potty right now, but there is still plenty to get excited about at the amateur level.
No. 1-ranked baseball prospect Termarr Johnson went viral this week for a video of a titanic home run that he hit. The left-handed phenom launched a pitch into outer space, a blast that was so impressive that the pitcher who gave it up high-fived Johnson as he rounded the bases. Check out the clip.

Johnson, who is only 17 years old, plays for Mays High School in Atlanta, Ga. He is a middle infielder and is ranked as the top prospect in the 2022 class as well as a potential No. 1 overall MLB draft pick thanks to his all-around toolbox as a hitter.
This new generation of young sluggers definitely has some major pop. But Johnson is doing things that even leave opposing pitchers in total awe.
