Vladimir Guerrero Jr

Despite the ongoing MLB lockout, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is making the most of his time.

In a workout picture he posted to Instagram this week, the Toronto Blue Jays slugger looked like he had slimmed down considerably. Have a look.

The 22-year-old Guerrero, who is officially listed at 250 pounds, busted out last season. He hit .311 with 48 homers and 111 RBIs. Guerrero’s home run total led the American League as did his on-base percentage of .401 and his slugging percentage of .601. He probably would have won AL MVP had Los Angeles Angels star Shohei Ohtani not posted a once-in-a-century season.

It has been a pretty productive offseason for the All-Star Guerrero. Besides slimming down a good amount, he also went viral a few months ago for sending pitches to Saturn while playing softball.
