Chicago White Sox pitcher Carlos Rodon left his rehab start on Thursday after being hit in the head by a line drive.
Rodon was making a start for the Triple-A Charlotte Knights against the Norfolk Tide and was hit in the head during the third inning.
Scary play for Carlos Rodon, who appeared to somehow be OK after thishttps://t.co/lfVBTcbPAH

Despite being hit, Rodon seemed to be OK. The team still removed him as a precaution.
Rodon had six strikeouts in 2.2 innings, allowing the one hit and no runs. That was his second rehab outing and he looked sharp in both.
The former No. 3 overall pick has not pitched for the White Sox yet this season as he’s recovering from a shoulder procedure. He appears to be on track to make his season debut soon.
