A New York Yankees fan made one of the more impressive catches you will see during Saturday’s game against the Tampa Bay Rays at Yankee Stadium in New York, N.Y.
With a ball coming his way and his daughter on his shoulders, the fan reached out with his glove to make the catch. Just as the ball was about to reach him, the degree of difficulty went way up, as the fan’s daughter decided this would be the ideal time to cover his eyes.
No problem for dad. He made the grab anyway without any trouble.

On one hand, this did appear to be a baseball that was thrown to the fan, which is certainly easier to deal with than a foul ball or a home run headed one’s way. Even so, the degree of difficulty on this one is high, as it always is whenever a kid is involved. Dropping her is not an option, after all.
The best part? Some of the great foul ball feats have a degree of luck involved. This one is just skill.
The Yankees went on to lose to the Rays 3-2, but at least these two will have something good to remember from their afternoon at the game.
