It depends on who you ask with the Golden State Warriors as to how important the 73 win record is to them. Steph Curry and Draymond Green have been vocal about wanting it. Andre Iguodala, on the other hand, says he doesn’t much care.
The Warriors found themselves down ten in the fourth quarter against Memphis on Saturday night and, needing to win out, it looked like their shot at the record was slipping away. Your take, Andre?

Maybe he cares more than he let on here. He almost certainly does, in fact. But it’s just a little reminder that, much as they want that record, the Warriors have bigger ambitions in the weeks and months to come. In that moment, you can’t think about the record.
