Andrew Bogut, Warriors hit back at team’s critics on Twitter
As the Golden State Warriors continue their march toward history, some unlikely critics have come out of the woodwork.
Among them is former Warriors player Stephen Jackson, who quite puzzlingly guaranteed that the 2007 iteration of Golden State – a 42-40 team – would beat the present day juggernaut.
On Friday, the Warriors, led by Andrew Bogut, appear to have caught onto the comment and offered what seems to be a rebuttal on Twitter.
My under 14 team in Melbourne Australia would have beat these @warriors 109-99. Fat Jimmy would have locked down @StephenCurry30 !!!!

Tell Big Jimmy you and I have illegal screens for days to allow Steph to get his shot off! https://t.co/Q9lc0IMk3a

Points to Draymond Green for the illegal screens crack. That was a good one.
Of course, the best way for the Warriors to shut people up is to keep on winning, which they’ve done pretty much constantly. Bogut, Curry, and Green aren’t the only ones who have been firing back at critics lately, either.
