Delonte West seems to be doing much better from the looks of a recent clip.
Encouraging footage of West went viral this week. In the video, West was seen putting up shots in the gym and swishing a good amount of them.

West’s workout took place at Pat The Roc Basketball Academy in Maryland.
It is awesome to see West, who was in the NBA from 2004 to 2012, playing basketball again after all the personal struggles he has faced in recent years. The 38-year-old has battled mental health and addiction issues and was arrested last year after a troubling incident at a Florida police station.
West has gotten back on his feet though with the help of some prominent members of the NBA community, and it appears that he is continuing to make great progress.
