Many Thunder fans have reacted to the news of Kevin Durant leaving Oklahoma City by burning their No. 35 jerseys, but one of Durant’s former teammates has proposed a more productive idea.
Thunder center Enes Kanter took to Twitter on Thursday to recommend that fans recycle their old Durant jerseys by simply turning them into Victor Oladipo jerseys.

That may be an eye sore, but it makes a lot more sense than destroying something you paid good money for. Thunder fans aren’t the only ones burning jerseys this offseason, as you can see another example here.
Unfortunately, Oladipo probably isn’t a popular enough player for this to catch on. At least Kanter was willing to try.
