JJ Redick sprints away from interview in attempt to avoid dancing (Video)
J.J. Redick abruptly sprinted away from his postgame interview Monday night after the Clippers defeated the Pistons, leaving many — including the reporter who was interviewing him — scratching their heads.
Come to find out, the Clippers have a little tradition where the last person who gets to the locker room after the game has to dance for the rest of the team.
According to @Matt_Winer, JJ was in a hurry because the last Clipper player into the locker room has to dance. JJ wasn't having any of that.

That explains why Redick only said a few words while anxiously looking around the arena.
Redick ended up with 24 points in the game, but it sounds like the performance may have forced him into having to dance.
Flawless. #bestrapperanddancerontheteam RT @mcgfamFOUR: @blakegriffin32 how would you categorize @JJRedick s locker room dancing?

Had Redick scored 10 points, reporters probably wouldn’t have cared to speak with him. We can only hope J.J. showed more grace with his dance moves than he has on the court at times.
