Kendrick Perkins reportedly flipped off Kevin Durant during Game 3 presser
Despite being in a suit on the sidelines, Kendrick Perkins continues to leave his mark on this year’s NBA Finals.
Jason Lloyd of The Athletic shared a story on Thursday of how the Cleveland Cavaliers big man saw Golden State Warriors star Kevin Durant at the podium after Wednesday’s Game 3 (a 110-102 victory for the Warriors). Upon spotting Durant addressing reporters, Perkins raised two middle fingers high above his head in the former MVP’s direction and walked away without saying a word.

Durant apparently reacted to the unfriendly salute by quietly telling Perkins off, which you can see in the clip below:

Durant was the star of Wednesday’s game, finishing with a playoff-high 43 points on six three-pointers, including a cold-blooded triple that iced the game for the Warriors in the final minute.
Perkins and Durant were actually teammates on the Oklahoma City Thunder for five seasons from 2011 to 2015, so it’s possible that the double birds were in jest. However, Perkins has not exactly been on the friendliest terms with the Warriors lately, so you never know.
