Kevin Durant said on Tuesday that his recent altercation with Draymond Green will not impact his free agency decision this summer, but that does not mean all is well between the two Golden State Warriors stars.
For evidence of that, some will point to Durant’s social media activity. Even after he (sort of) tried to downplay his beef with Green in an interview with Yahoo Sports, Durant managed to create a buzz with a comment he “liked” on Instagram Wednesday. The comment speculated that Green could be traded when DeMarcus Cousins is declared healthy.

Remember, this is the same Durant who has created drama with his social media activity in the past. While he could always claim his account was hacked or he accidentally hit the “like” button, he owned up to sending a series of petty tweets about the Oklahoma City Thunder last year.
The drama between Durant and Green is real. Whether or not they can coexist going forward remains to be seen, but it sounds like Green got really personal with Durant when the two had their spat last week. Since Durant is known for being pretty thin-skinned, it would not be a surprise if he wants Green traded and subtly indicated as much on social media.
