LeBron James on Tuesday became just the seventh player in NBA history to score 30,000 career points. Upon reaching the milestone, he received recognition and admiration from many, including a few special people.
Dirk Nowitzki and Kobe Bryant, who are sixth and third all-time on the career scoring list respectively, welcomed James to the club.

Receiving the recognition from Kobe is extra special considering Bryant previously was the youngest player to score 30,000 points until James.
James entered Tuesday’s game against the San Antonio Spurs needing seven points to reach the mark. He achieved it with a jumper just before the end of the first quarter.
