Matt Barnes better get used to fans having some fun with him this season.
During the Memphis Grizzlies’ 112-103 road win over the Indiana Pacers on Thursday night, the fans at Bankers Life Fieldhouse decided to get personal with Barnes. They taunted him with chants of “Derek Fisher” while he was at the free throw line in the third quarter.
Barnes missed the first and made the second, and he finished with 10 points in the game. And if you’re wondering why “Derek Fisher” would be a taunt for him, then you must have missed this story.
