The Toronto Raptors could be without OG Anunoby for the first two rounds of the NBA playoffs.
Anunoby underwent an emergency appendectomy on Thursday and is now recovering from the surgery. ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski says the recovery could keep the guard out for a few weeks.
Toronto, which finished with the No. 2 seed in the Eastern Conference, hosts the Orlando Magic in Game 1 of their first-round series on Saturday.
Anunoby, a first-round pick in 2017, is averaging 7.0 points per game and is a key reserve.
