Serge Ibaka has funny message for Kawhi Leonard after bloody head incident
Toronto Raptors big man Serge Ibaka was on the receiving end of some friendly fire during his team’s win over the Philadelphia 76ers in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference semis on Tuesday, and he is worried about how the injury he sustained might impact his future.
Ibaka was left with a bloody forehead after Kawhi Leonard caught him with an elbow, and he had to briefly leave the game to receive stitches. On Wednesday, Ibaka took to social media to express concern about his modeling career.
Ibaka ended up scoring 10 points and grabbing two rebounds in 22 minutes. Elbowing a teammate in the head is just about the only thing Leonard has done wrong thus far in the playoffs, but he may have to compensate Ibaka if those modeling agencies stop calling.
