Steve Kerr personally apologizes to Kyle Lowry, Raptors for owner’s push
Steve Kerr personally apologized to Kyle Lowry and the Toronto Raptors for the push by Golden State Warriors minority owner Mark Stevens.
During Game 3 of the NBA Finals on Wednesday night, Lowry dove into the stands to try and save a ball. Stevens was sitting courtside and shoved him and yelled vulgar things at the Raptors guard.
Kerr spoke with the media on Thursday and said he wasn’t as aware of the incident until a day later. Nevertheless, he apologized to Lowry and Toronto.

The league has been cracking down on inappropriate fan conduct such as this. They announced in a statement that Stevens has been banned indefinitely, while the Warriors have suspended Stevens from team activities indefinitely.
