DeMarcus Cousins has been known to have a rather intense attitude that sometimes goes too far, but his new coach isn’t worrying about that.
Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr said he isn’t worried about managing Cousins, who has gained a reputation as a somewhat high-maintenance player. Why? Because he’s been dealing with Draymond Green for four years now.
Steve Kerr: "I know DeMarcus is known as an emotional player, but Draymond has been preparing me for this moment. We're good."

He has a point. Green and Cousins play with similarly emotional styles and have been known to pick up technicals for arguing with referees. It’s often been an issue for Green during Golden State’s deep playoff runs. If anyone is equipped to manage that sort of thing, it’s Kerr.
