Floyd Mayweather sure knows how to treat those in his inner circle.
Mayweather posted a video on Instagram Saturday night showing off the new car he got for his new girlfriend’s birthday.
“I know your birthday is on July 27th but here is an early birthday gift @badmedina,” Mayweather wrote.
Mayweather also shouted out the luxury motor company that made the purchase possible, indicating to me that he may have received a kickback or that this was a gift as part of some advertising deal.
While we don’t necessarily know if that was a paid plug or not, what we do know is that the car is a conditional gift to Medina; Floyd maintains control of what he gives his girlfriends. If they break up, he repossesses the gifts, just like he did with Shantel Jackson, his ex-fiancee.
In other words, don’t get too used to the ride, Medina.
As for Medina, her full name is Doralie Medina. She has been a part of Floyd’s circle for quite some time — even when he was together with Miss Jackson — meaning she was probably just part of his rotation of women. Once Miss Jackson moved on, Floyd quickly picked Bad Medina as his new girl.
Medina’s previous role in The Money Team was unclear, but her new role as Floyd’s main boo is pretty obvious — she joined him for red carpet events recently at the BET Awards. Medina also has started a cosmetics line that Floyd has been helping to promote.
