A college baseball player went viral for the post he made on social media after his season came to an end.
Chad Knight is a catcher/designated hitter for Duke. The Blue Devils went 40-20 this season and saw their year end with a loss to Oklahoma in their NCAA Regional on Sunday.
Knight is a graduate student and apparently done playing college baseball. That means he can now bet on sports freely without having to worry about consequences from the NCAA. He’s ready to embrace the gambling life.
“Goodbye college baseball. Hello Draftkings,” Knight wrote in a post on Tuesday to celebrate the end of the season.

Knight then joked that he was looking to “create generational wealth in one night.”

Embracing his newfound fame, Knight continued with the jokes on Wednesday.
There are 2 things in college baseball I always wanted but never got to experience:
1. Playing in Omaha
2. A Zyn sponsorship
One of these things is still possible…
