Baylor, Louisville, Cincinnati to wear neon uniforms in tournaments (Pictures)

Neon uniforms? I must have missed the memo, but it sounds like some of the Big East and Big 12 Tournament games are scheduled to turn into a black light party at some point. How else would you explain these neon uniforms? According to the adidas website, the uniforms you see above will be worn by Baylor, Louisville, and Cincinnati during their respective conference tournaments. If you ask me, the Bearcats and Cardinals won’t be looking nearly as bad as the Bears.

Perhaps this is Adidas response to the ugly platinum uniforms Nike unveiled that were worn by several teams earlier in the season. I’m not sure why, but it seems like all the major athletic wear companies are competing to see who can create the biggest eye sore. After seeing those Baylor uniforms, adidas might be in the lead.
