Steve Alford is reportedly candidate for Nevada job
Three and a half months after being fired at UCLA, Steve Alford is in the running for another job.
According to Seth Davis of The Athletic, Alford has emerged as a serious candidate for the vacant Nevada job.

The Nevada job is open after Eric Musselman departed for Arkansas.
Alford has spent his time since being fired by UCLA by studying up on other programs, so perhaps the experience will have done him well. He has a wealth of experience and some modest success, having led UCLA to three Sweet 16 appearances. That may play better in Nevada than it did in Westwood.
