Carson Beck has started a new life in South Florida after he transferred to Miami from Georgia, and it does not sound like all the locals have welcomed him with open arms.
Beck had both of his cars stolen overnight on Wednesday into Thursday, according to Andy Slater of Fox Sports 640 South Florida. Beck owns a Mercedes and a Lamborghini, and both were stolen.
The Mercedes was quickly found by police in South Miami. Beck’s Lamborghini still had not been recovered as of Thursday evening.

A law enforcement source also told Slater that Beck’s girlfriend, Miami basketball player Hanna Cavinder, had her SUV stolen. That vehicle was also found by police.
Beck received a massive NIL deal when he transferred to Miami. Cavinder and her twin sister Haley, another Hurricanes basketball player, also have multiple sources of income through NIL endorsements.
The Cavinder twins shared a video on social media last month that showed them both buying cars at the Range Rover dealership. A lot of fans responded to the video with comments insinuating that Beck bought Hanna the car. Hanna responded by mocking those fans.
Beck and the Cavinder twins share a lot of things about their private lives on social media, which may have contributed to their cars being stolen. That is part of the risk of being a high-profile athlete and embracing the spotlight.
