Steve Spurrier dug into his bag of tricks during the Florida Citrus Bowl on New Year’s. His South Carolina Gamecocks scored a touchdown in the second quarter of their game with Wisconsin on a reverse pass from Bruce Ellington to Connor Shaw. Shaw and Ellington also combined on the Gamecocks’ other two scores, only those were the more conventional way — Shaw to Ellington.
