Colorado head coach Deion Sanders offered a brief update on the health issue he has been dealing with.

In a video on Deion Sanders Jr.’s “Well Off Media” channel, Sanders appears and briefly discusses his unspecified health issue. In a brief voiceover as he is about to get into an ice bath, Sanders suggests that he still has some work to do to completely recover.

“You know I’m still going through something. I ain’t all the way recovered,” Sanders is heard saying.

Little is known about the issue Sanders dealt with. He was away from Colorado for part of the offseason due to the issue, but has indicated he is fully on the mend. He has previously had severe blood clot issues that at one point had doctors concerned that he might lose his leg.

In the posted video, Sanders looks healthy and active, and does not appear to be limited in any way. The coach also looked fine when recently speaking at Big 12 Media Day.

Sanders led Colorado to a 9-4 record in his second season last year after the Buffaloes finished 4-8 in 2023.
