Jordon Hudson has built a multimillion dollar real estate portfolio

Jordon Hudson and Bill Belichick together

Jordon Hudson has built an extensive real estate portfolio since she began dating Bill Belichick, it has been revealed.

Property records accessed by Charlie Lankston of Realtor.com show that Hudson purchased three multi-family homes in the Boston area in December 2023, paying a combined $7.5 million for the properties. The real estate was purchased under an LLC, with Hudson listed as the “borrower” on mortgage documents. Prior to that, she had purchased a $610,000 cottage on Cape Cod in Massachusetts that she had listed as her home address.

The purchases were made before Belichick and Hudson were publicly known to be dating, though they were together at the time. The pair first met on a flight in 2021, but their relationship became public knowledge in June 2024.

It is not confirmed if Belichick and his finances had any part to play in Hudson’s real estate acquisitions. At the time, he was still the head coach of the New England Patriots, and was thought to be making upwards of $20 million annually.

There have been growing questions about what sort of influence the 24-year-old Hudson exerts over the 73-year-old Belichick. Those questions have grown louder after Hudson’s involvement in Belichick’s recent CBS interview, as well as the significant sway she seems to hold over North Carolina’s football program.

At least one member of Belichick’s family seems to have a fairly low opinion of Hudson.

During his time with the Patriots, Belichick was famous for shunning all potential distractions and his singular focus on football. Hudson’s visibility and heavy involvement in Belichick’s career are particularly jarring in that context.
