
It appears that the Georgia Bulldogs are staying the course at the quarterback position, at least for now.
Coach Kirby Smart wouldn’t commit to a quarterback decision on Wednesday, but he tipped his hand by noting that Jake Fromm has been receiving the majority of first-team practice reps.
Kirby Smart not necessarily naming a starting QB, but does say that Jake Fromm has taken most of the snaps with the ones. So … draw your own conclusions.

It’s unusual that a freshman would lead his school to the national title game and have to fight for his job, but that’s the situation the Bulldogs are in. He’s facing highly-touted freshman Justin Fields in a battle, but Fromm’s experience has given him the leg up despite an injury scare earlier in the offseason.
