UCF QB McKenzie Milton discharged from hospital
UCF quarterback McKenzie Milton has been discharged from the hospital and recovering well, according to his mother.
In a statement, Milton’s mother said the quarterback will need reconstructive surgery in 4-6 weeks after his gruesome leg injury, but doctors are encouraged by his progress so far. While his family has traveled to the AAC Championship to watch the Knights, Milton and his father will watch from home, and the quarterback has sent a video to the team to be played before the game.

Milton has apparently been quite active in UCF’s prep for the AAC title game. Any good news on him is most welcome, and it sounds like he’s doing about as well as can be expected.
