Mike Leach is already bringing his unique brand of humor to the SEC.
Leach joins many highly-regarded coaches in the SEC, moving from an inferior league in the Pac-12. Leach knows it, too, judging from his hilarious answer when asked about the quality of the coaches he’ll be up against.

Leach joins Nick Saban, Ed Orgeron, Lane Kiffin, Jimbo Fisher, and Gus Malzahn in the SEC West fraternity. That’s a who’s who of big coaching names, so it’s fair to say Leach will be tested a whole lot more than he was in the Pac-12. No wonder he prefers crummy coaches.
Judging by his first tweet, Leach looks up for the challenge. Mississippi State fans are in for a ride.
