Nick Saban is a perfectionist and highly passionate about his football team — especially the defense. It really doesn’t matter how much his team is winning or how great the Tide’s lead is; if he sees something that was not done properly, he will be upset. And that happened on Saturday.
Alabama beat Arkansas 49-30 and led by as many as 25. They were up 35-10 late in the second quarter, but they surrendered a touchdown pass with 29 seconds left before halftime. That had Saban upset with defensive coordinator Jeremy Pruitt:

During his halftime interview, Saban complained about his team’s fundamentals and poor job in coverage, particularly in man-to-man. The Tide was up 35-17 at that point.
Saban never lets up, and that’s part of what makes Bama so great. And this just has to be expected if you’re a coordinator for Alabama. This time it was Pruitt, and previously it happened to Lane Kiffin.
