South Carolina star Deebo Samuel out for season with broken leg
South Carolina’s season suffered a major blow on Saturday night when they lost star Deebo Samuel to a broken leg.
Samuel was injured in the third quarter of South Carolina’s 23-13 loss to Kentucky. Gamecocks head coach Will Muschamp said after the game that Samuel broke his leg and is done for the season.

Samuel was making big plays for South Carolina before getting hurt. He had five catches for 122 yards, including a 68-yard touchdown catch to open the game.
The junior wide receiver had six touchdowns in three games for South Carolina this year. He had three receiving TDs, a rushing score, and two kickoffs returned for a touchdown.
