Watch: Stanford scores wacky go-ahead touchdown
Stanford took the lead in the Hyundai Sun Bowl against Pitt on Monday thanks to a wacky touchdown.
Cardinal quarterback KJ Costello faked a handoff on a 1st-and-goal play early in the fourth quarter and tried to run it. He fumbled the ball, but launched it forward. It luckily ended up in Cameron Scarlett’s hands for a touchdown.

The score plus the extra point put Stanford ahead 14-13 over Pitt. That also marked Scarlett’s second touchdown of the game.
