
It’s hard not to love — or at the very least feel moved — by what Craig Sager is doing.
The veteran reporter’s leukemia returned, leading him to undergo Chemotherapy. But he’s not letting that stop him from continuing to travel and cover the NBA playoffs. And on Thursday, ESPN gave him the chance to report for them during Game 6, making it his first Finals game ever.
But what Sager did after the game is even more remarkable.

Told that he was the inspiration of another cancer patient, Sager apparently spoke to the person via FaceTime after the game in Cleveland. Check it out:

That standing ovation he received during Game 6 certainly was well deserved.
