Tom Brady and Gisele are selling the impressive mansion they constructed in Brentwood, Calif., and it looks like another celebrity will be purchasing it.
The Real Estalker reported last month that rapper-turned-business mogul Dr. Dre agreed to buy the place. Page Six reported Saturday night that the music mogul is closing in on the 14,000 square foot mansion custom designed by the power couple.
Dre has been in the news all week because his “Beats” headphone company is reportedly being acquired by Apple for a rumored price of over $3 billion. Clearly the guy will have the cash to purchase such a place.
Brady and Gisele reportedly were asking $50 million for the mansion, but Dre supposedly will be paying around $48 or even $40 million for the pile of bricks.
That pad is worth it just for the sick moat alone. I wonder if Dre asked Tommy to throw in some gators in the moat and fire-breathing dragons around the castle just to seal the deal. That’s what I would have asked for.
