Aaron Rodgers and Donald Trump were among the many celebrities who attended UFC 302 on Saturday night, and it seems like Rodgers has issued a response to the talk that he snubbed the former president.

Rodgers and Trump were among the thousands of people who watched UFC 302 live at Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. A video from the event went viral that showed Trump walking by Rodgers, who did not appear to say anything to the Republican presidential candidate.

Rodgers may have wanted people to know that the clip was blown out of proportion. On Sunday, the New York Jets quarterback shared a photo on his Instagram story that showed him shaking hands with Trump. Rodgers captioned the photo “pic with President Trump” and wrote “priceless” with a checkmark emoji.

While Rodgers has not publicly endorsed Trump, he has had positive things to say about the 45th U.S. president in the past. Rodgers has also been very critical of current president Joe Biden.

Rodgers was rumored to be in consideration for a vice president role under another presidential candidate, but nothing ever came of that.
