Aaron Rodgers has been in no rush to make a decision on his playing future, but the star quarterback appears to be doing extensive homework on at least one team.
Rodgers got together with Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver DK Metcalf for a throwing session over the weekend, according to Mike Garafolo of NFL Network. The two players spent some time working together at the UCLA campus.
If Rodgers were to sign with the Steelers, Metcalf would be one of his top receiving options. The Seattle Seahawks traded Metcalf to Pittsburgh earlier in the offseason.

Rodgers met with the Steelers over a week ago. He had conversations with head coach Mike Tomlin, owner Art Rooney II and general manager Omar Khan. Tomlin told reporters on Sunday that the visit went well and that Pittsburgh is not giving Rodgers a deadline for signing with the team.
The Steelers made the playoffs last year after going 10-7 with Russell Wilson as their starting quarterback. They currently have one of the more talented wide receiver duos in the NFL with Metcalf and George Pickens, which should appeal to Rodgers.
Wilson signed with the New York Giants last week, so the Steelers no longer have the option of bringing him back should Rodgers leave them hanging.
There has been talk of Rodgers potentially waiting until much later in the offseason to sign with a team. The Steelers are said to have their eye on another veteran as Plan B, and it is unclear how long they are willing to wait before going that route.
