Wide receiver AJ Brown is the subject of trade interest from an unexpected team.
The Los Angeles Rams considered trading for Brown before ultimately getting Trent McDuffie from the Kansas City Chiefs, according to Dianna Russini of The Athletic. While talks have slowed, the Rams still have interest in Brown, and a trade remains possible.
A.J. Brown trade discussions are not dead.

Last week, I was told the Rams discussed trading for Eagles WR A.J. Brown before dealing for CB Trent McDuffie.
Dialogue slowed, but Los Angeles continues to monitor the status of the three-time Pro Bowler with interest. We’ll see… pic.twitter.com/Emrtc757UE
The Rams would certainly have a loaded offense if they could somehow land Brown. They already have Puka Nacua and Davante Adams, so he would have some serious competition for targets, but they would be a nightmare to defend against.
It is fair to wonder if the Eagles would seriously consider trading Brown to a fellow NFC title contender. One can also question whether the Rams have what it takes to meet the Eagles’ reportedly high asking price for Brown, particularly after giving up a first-round pick to acquire McDuffie.
Even in what was perceived as a down year in 2025, he topped 1,000 yards and found the end zone seven times. A move to the Rams and a role in their explosive offense could do wonders for those numbers.
