Alex Boone ‘could not stand any minute’ with Terrelle Pryor at Ohio State

Minnesota Vikings guard Alex Boone isn’t terribly fond of Terrelle Pryor.

The former Ohio State offensive lineman, who attended school at the same time as Pryor did, said in an interview that he couldn’t stand the quarterback-turned-receiver and didn’t even know he was still in the NFL.

“He’s still playing?” Boone asked in a KFAN interview Friday.

Boone went on to twist the knife when asked about his time at Ohio State.

“Unfortunately I had Terrelle Pryor, too,” Boone said. “I could not stand any minute with him. The kid was so arrogant at the time. I hated everything about him.”

It would probably dismay Boone, then, to learn of this recent action that Ohio State has taken with regards to their former quarterback. And yes, Alex, he’s still in the NFL. In fact, his coaches seem to think he could be a useful piece in the offense. Perhaps his years in the football wilderness have humbled him a bit.
