Bills give Tyrod Taylor vote of confidence after bad performance
Buffalo Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor continues to leave a lot to be desires, but the team is publicly standing by him.
Coach Sean McDermott said Monday after a 20-16 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals that Taylor retains his full confidence.

Taylor has received votes of confidence before, and we’ve seen plenty of moments where these declarations prove to be rather empty and meaningless. The quarterback threw 37 passes on Sunday for only 166 yards, an extremely disappointing tally. Still, the team is tied for first place even with performances like this one. They’ll likely choose to avoid rocking the boat as long as they’re doing well enough.
