
Denver Broncos linebacker Brandon Marshall stood with Colin Kaepernick on Thursday night by kneeling during the national anthem.
In a clear sign of protest, Marshall remained on one knee while “The Star-Spangled Banner was performed.

The veteran linebacker was teammates with Kaepernick in college at Nebraska.
Marshall is just the latest in a growing list of NFL players who are supporting Kaepernick’s protest. One entire team is actually considering joining the cause, so it will be interesting to see how many players do the same this weekend.
