New York Giants wide receiver Brandon Marshall says he’s playing on his final NFL contract.
Marshall said Saturday that he intends to play out the two-year deal he signed with the Giants this offseason before retiring.
“Two more years, get my Super Bowl, have a little bit more fun, and then I’m going to go change the world in the mental health space,” Marshall said, via ESPN’s Jordan Ranaan.

Marshall clearly feels passionate about mental health, as he was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder in 2011. He’s made clear he’s still playing football because he enjoys it and wants to win a title, not for the money. He’s said before that New York will be his last stop, and this is just further evidence of that.
