Report: Brock Osweiler turning down Broncos, headed to Houston
In a surprising twist, the Denver Broncos are going to be in need of a new quarterback.
Brock Osweiler is reportedly leaving Denver behind to sign with the Houston Texans, according to numerous reports.
I'm told QB Brock Osweiler has agreed to a deal in principle with the Houston #Texans.

And now, the #Broncos are in the market for a new quarterback. Massive get for the #Texans. Osweiler is the new face of the franchise.

Fox Sports’s Mike Garofolo and ESPN’s Adam Schefter have confirmed the report.
This changes the market significantly. It had been assumed that, despite Osweiler’s flirtations with Houston, he would ultimately go back to Denver with the organization and coaching staff he knew already. Instead, Houston gets one of the better names available in a mediocre quarterback market and a new face of the franchise where it was badly needed. The Broncos, meanwhile, will be left scrambling for a replacement after Peyton Manning’s retirement and Osweiler’s departure. Perhaps this man could be in the picture.
