Broncos players wore cocaine-themed costumes to Halloween party
The Denver Broncos are working to get ready for Sunday’s important divisional matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs, but those who work for the team’s public relations department may have more on their plates this week than anyone.
In addition to questions about Chad Kelly being arrested early Tuesday morning for criminal trespassing, the Broncos are also going to deal with some inquiries about some of their players wearing cocaine-themed costumes to a Halloween party hosted by Von Miller on Monday night. As some social media clips gathered by TMZ show, linebacker Brandon Marshall and wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders wore costumes to the bash that would not have been complete without their fake drug accessories.
Marshall went to the party dressed as Bobby Brown, and he was carrying a bag of white powder around at one point:

Sanders dressed as Tyrone Biggums, everyone’s favorite fictional crackhead from “Chapelle’s Show.” He rubbed white powder all over his face to complete the look.

We get the concept of Halloween, but the Broncos would undoubtedly prefer it if their players weren’t making light of drug use on social media for the whole world to see. They’ve already weighed in on the Kelly arrest, and it would not be a surprise if the team had to address the Halloween party as well.
