
Chris Johnson’s NFL career may have reached the end of the line.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the veteran running back has been released by the Arizona Cardinals in the latest round of cuts.

One has to wonder if this is it for the running back, who turns 32 later this month. He played in just four games for Arizona in 2016, and he has not rushed for 1,000 yards since 2013. He had re-signed with Arizona in July and clearly intended to keep playing, but he will have to take a very long look at things now that he’s once again out of a job.
